02What’s on the site
A portfolio and information about my services. Descriptions, examples, timelines and prices are there to help you decide; they are not a binding offer. A project starts only after we confirm the scope, the price and the schedule in writing.
03Work shown and copyright
Designs, videos, texts, code and the site itself belong to Locy Bachy unless stated otherwise. Client work is shown with permission or as our agreement allows; client names and trademarks belong to their owners. Some projects are under NDA, so only part of the work is on show.
You may look, and share links to pages. Please don’t copy, republish or sell the work, and don’t use it to train AI models, without my written permission.
04Work made with AI tools
Some videos and images are made with the help of AI tools, always directed and finished by hand. For client projects, the agreement says exactly which rights you receive in the final files.
05Projects and payment
- Each project has a written agreement or a confirmed brief: what I make, deadlines, the price in EUR and the payment stages.
- Crypto is my preferred payment: any coin, any network. We agree the amount in EUR and use the rate at the moment of payment. Bank transfer and card work too.
- Rights in the final files pass to you after full payment, unless we agree otherwise.
- I may show finished work in my portfolio, unless we agree on an NDA.

07Liability
I keep the site accurate and online as best I can, but it is provided as is, without guarantees. As far as the law allows, I’m not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. The version on this page is the one that applies.
