In short
- No accounts, no forms sent to a server, no ad trackers.
- Visit statistics load only if you allow them, and you can change your mind at any time.
- If you write to me, your message is used to reply and to do the work. Nothing else.
01Who is responsible
This site belongs to Locy Bachy, a creative director working independently. I decide what happens to the little personal data this site touches, and I’m the person to ask about it: e-mail.
02When you just look around
Server logs. When your browser asks for a page, the hosting server writes a standard log line: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and device type. It is used only to keep the site running and safe, and the hosting provider deletes it after a short period.
Things your browser keeps. The site stores a few small values in your own browser, and they never reach me: your cookie choice, and your best score in the little game on the 404 page. The local time shown at the bottom of the page is worked out from your device’s time zone, on your device.
Nothing from other companies loads without your permission. Fonts, images and videos come from this site’s own server. There are no embedded players, social widgets or advertising pixels.
03Visit statistics, only if you allow
If you press Allow, the site loads Google Analytics 4. It tells me which pages are read, how people arrive here, the type of device and browser, and a rough location (country and city). It doesn’t show me who you are. Google Analytics 4 doesn’t store IP addresses, advertising features are switched off, and the data is kept for 2 months.
| Cookie | What it does | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Tells one visit from another, anonymously | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Keeps the state of the current visit | 2 years |
If you press No, thanks, none of this loads. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, then the site asks again. You can change it any time: .
04When you write to me
The brief on the Contact page is not sent anywhere by the site. It is copied to your clipboard for Telegram, or opened in your own mail app. So your message reaches me the usual way: in Telegram or in my mailbox.
I use your name, contacts and project details to reply, to prepare an estimate and to do the work. I keep the conversation while we talk and while the project runs, and invoices for as long as accounting law requires. Telegram and your e-mail provider handle messages under their own privacy policies.
05Payments
Crypto is my preferred way to be paid. Transactions on public blockchains are public and permanent by design; I keep the wallet address, the amount and the date together with the invoice. For bank transfers and cards, your payment details are handled by your bank or payment provider; I keep only what appears on the invoice and the statement.
06Legal grounds
For visitors from the EU, the UK and similar laws:
- Consent for visit statistics.
- Legitimate interest for server logs and for replying to a first message.
- Contract for everything a project needs.
- Legal obligation for invoices and accounting records.
07Who else sees data
Only the services that make this possible: the hosting provider, Google (if you allow statistics), Telegram and e-mail providers. Some of them may process data outside your country under their own safeguards. I never sell data and never share it for advertising.
08Your rights
You can ask what I have about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, limit it or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to e-mail; I answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
09Children
This site is made for businesses and isn’t aimed at anyone under 16.
10Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. Bigger changes will be noted on the site.
